For a group with some of the best restaurants in Lisbon, OPorto and Algarve, addressing the restoration in Portugal without mentioning Olivier da Costa, makes as much sense as a Portuguese table without bread. None.

It is more than 20 years of career that merge with the 20 years of the recent history of national restoration, many restaurants are signed and in Olivier’s own name. There are so many that, if listed as if of a menu, would fill the page with such tasty, pioneering and diverse gastronomic concepts that anyone would have difficulty choosing one to try first.
